I bought these for riding my motorcycles - like a designated pair that were kept in their case and stowed on my bikes.

I like the way the rims wrap around the eyes, the bridge and top bar are one piece and the temple is fairly wide where it attaches to the rim. Meaning - they help keep wind and debris out of your eyes for very obvious reasons - not all of us wear a helmet and some wear brain buckets so good riding glasses are essential.

My review here is to direct your attention to the fact that these glasses are polarized (I know it's clearly printed in the description but read on). As my headline mentions, these are great in an analog world - but it ain't an analog world anymore.

****First problem - if you have digital gauges (hey this is a problem in a cage ((automobile)) too) you can't read them.

****Second problem - reading your phone. A lot of riders (doesn't matter what you're on) have a mount for their phone - use gps etc. Because the lens on the glasses are polarized you simply cannot see your phone's screen in the sun or the shade.

I could go on forever about this - but I've already written too much - simply put, great product but I cannot recommend these if your intention is to use them as riding glasses.
