My girlfriend liked my Flaks, so I got her a pair for her birthday. Most people seem to flinch at the price for a pair of Oakleys. I did to until I tried a friends Blades for a day back around '90. Had my own pair the next payday and haven't been without since. Light, comfortable and excellent optics. No eyestrain, no pinching the nose, they dig into your ears. That has been the case with all the models I have had and the Flak 2.0 are as good as any of the others. The polarized lens options are good for everything and a must for things like fishing. Yeah, they cost more than the cheap peeps at the gas station, but these are great shades and well worth it. (Posted on 5/17/2024)

So I have had these knockoff Oakley flak jacket sunglass white / gray lens for years. One day in my infinite wisdom I took them off and set them on the hood of my car. Later that evening I realized I no longer had them. The next day I returned to the location on the interstate where I had last seen them. Well, out of everything my glasses had been through they could not withstand the crushing weight of a 18 wheeler. I was devastated. Not only was my heart and soul crushed my eyes were in agony as the sun's rays burned my retinas. While on the hunt for new glasses I found them!! I couldn't hit order fast enough. I recieved my fake oakley sunglasses, put them on, and felt as if my life was once again complete! (Posted on 11/24/2019)
