The matte black frame is nice looking yet subdued and the blue-purple lens has this color-shifting effect in the light that really catches the eye. The lenses are also my favorite colors too, which is a bonus as it fits perfectly with my style. They’re amazing for helping with my light sensitivity, and while wearing these I can look straight toward bright sunlight without flinching in pain. (Posted on 2/9/2025)

just received my 009014 6015 12-856 gascan (matte black with black iridium polarized lenses). it came as advertised with the cleaning cloth & spray, and lanyard attachment. was skeptic at first since there are a lot of fakes out there but after watching some testimonies and videos of how to determine its authenticity, i think (not totally) its an original. was curious to note that the "D" on the lense which spells "POLARIZED" is somewhat oriented slanted upwards... watched some more videos and they are really oriented like that... oh well, guess my doubt will diminish in time. have been using Oakleys from their Radar and Radar Lock versions with authentic lenses so this is the first time i bought this out of a distributorship without me actually trying them on (at the stores). will see how it goes... if you have any comments on the pics regarding its authenticity, please let me know so i can act accordingly... cheers! I use these for flying and in the bright sun they are great. The eyeglass leash that is included is not very durable. It is stylish but poorly made that it lasted one day before it came apart.
